vJetOps

Looking for something like FSEconomy?

FSEconomy showed how much more a flight means when it earns money, moves an aircraft somewhere and builds something over time. vJetOps is a free virtual charter airline built on the same idea, made for today's simulators: MSFS 2024 and 2020, X-Plane 12 and Prepar3D.

What you get on vJetOps

A persistent economy

Every flight earns or costs money: the charter pays, and fuel, crew, rental, landing and handling fees come off. Buy aircraft new or used, lease them, rent them out to other pilots.

Charters between real airports

28,000+ real airports, each with its own board of passenger, cargo and medical charters that fit the aircraft you fly: range, runway, surface, seats and payload.

MSFS 2024 and 2020, X-Plane 12, Prepar3D

191 aircraft types, from a Cessna 172 to a BBJ, with the add-ons each simulator offers.

Passengers who feel your flying

Every flight carries named passengers who react to steep turns, fast descents, turbulence and the landing, and rate the flight in stars. A happy cabin pays a bonus.

A tracker that watches, SimBrief that plans

The free tracker records takeoff, landing rate, fuel, flight time and airmanship, and loads fuel and payload as dispatched. One button fills SimBrief with your aircraft and payload.

Licences, loans and maintenance

A basic licence for everyone and extra ones for the aircraft that earn the most, bought with money earned flying. Aircraft wear with hours and hard landings, and go to maintenance.

Clients who come back

Fly a client well and they ask for you again with better-paid charters; fly them badly and they stop calling.

Live map, forum, and a community

See who is flying now on the live map, talk in the forum, and follow other pilots: their hours, the aircraft they fly and own, their licences.

Questions

Is vJetOps free?

Yes. Joining, the tracker and every feature are free. Licences, fees and aircraft are paid with the money you earn flying in the game.

Which simulators does it work with?

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and 2020 (through FSUIPC7), X-Plane 12 (through XPUIPC) and Prepar3D (through FSUIPC).

Can I own aircraft?

Yes: buy them new from the factory or used from the market, lease a new one, and rent yours out to other pilots while you are not flying it.

Is vJetOps part of FSEconomy?

No. vJetOps is an independent virtual airline and is not affiliated with FSEconomy. FSEconomy is a long-running, free, community-run flight simulation economy; this page is for pilots who like that idea and want to try another take on it.

Do I have to leave FSEconomy?

No. Many pilots fly in more than one community. Start at any airport, rent an aircraft there and fly your first charter the same day.

FSEconomy is a project of its own community; its name belongs to its owners. vJetOps is not affiliated with it.
